  1. I have had lower back pain for years also SI pain. I m 74 yo and I can only do my yard and house work for 5 mins at a time then I need to sit for 15-20 mins before I can start again. I tried this exercise yesterday and I was able to move and bend and pickup for up to 30-45 mins before having to sit for awhile. I think if I keep doing this exercise I will be able to get around for hours before long. Thank you for the video, it’s a life saver. God Bless You for sharing! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️

  2. I am usually a very active person with good mobility, but I damaged my MCL, meniscus and had an avulsion tear removing a bone fragment, all of which has meant that as a carpenter/builder I have not been able to work for 5 months and counting, I am having regular physio and rehabilitation exercises, but my lower back has been getting gradually worse, especially as I have been struggling to do my usual yoga exercises. I have just done your exercise from this video, I only gave it it 30 seconds each side, just as a trial, and I have managed to get so much relief already!

    Many thanks and kind regards

  3. I didn't feel any stretch in my thigh or abdomen performing this stretch and I don't understand what he means by tilting your hip forwards to the heel. Is it curving your back so the hips are facing upwards or pushing backwards and downwards? Any help out there would be appreciated.

  4. Now I realize why my PT had me do a similar stretch and I didn't understand why she wanted me to stretch my calf. She usually was very good at explaining the "why" behind each exercise but I can't remember the why with this one. She mentioned the pelvis but didn't explain what you said about the hip flexors in a way that I probably understood. Thanks!

  5. How can such a parody of a guy have 1 million subscribers??? These Anglo-Saxons will eat any nonsense. Here in the east, you are funny. Such cartoons want to fight with the Russians. Funny. Really . You guys have nothing in the west. And you've never had a beautiful woman, and that's why I'm so happy. I love to see how you kick with your last strength with your legs.

  6. A guy should have really broad shoulders, not like a Russian Matryoshka doll. The pelvis should be narrow, not like a Brazilian dancer. The exact opposite of a guy. The main thing is that he will teach us to play sports at home in an unsightly living room.

  7. Using this exercise is a game changer and we love it! We also sit on Tush-Cush brand wedge shaped orthopedic seat cushions to help assist the lumbar back into its natural curve, placing our knees lower than our hips, and we love the coccyx cut-out that takes the pressure off the tailbone – we have 9 cushions in several sizes that we use in our house and in our cars. This stretch will certainly help us address that SI pain even more. We were told about the amazing cushions by our DPT.

  8. Oh my God. I did this exercise about 5 times on each side for about 30 seconds each time. The relief was immediate. I’ve been thinking this pain is something I’m relegated to as I’m reaching 60. Thank you so much! 🙏

  9. I don’t know if this is even in the rite place I have been having bad hip and think the saddles pain when sleeping it’s been weeks. When I get woken up by my body screaming nooo it’s worse till I get a massage legs and up.
I have had critical injury neuropathy since 2015 to now my nerves r not working properly but I can still feel when there is pain I can walk now 2015 couldn’t
So I need to build up muscles in my body,
So I’m wondering will this help me. I go all day and night before bed then get massage by my hubby it helps but when I move again it slowly hurts again then go to bed battle to sleep then wake up in pain.
I have been getting in the shoulder and blade pain since January then back then went to the front now my chest, ribs, hips ,butt it’s now 4 months the doc gave me skeletal muscle relaxers and muscle relaxers in one it works for like 20 mins if I’m lucky then pain all over. I do sit a lot but have now been getting into crafts to help me move don’t really know where to go from here so I’m looking into this to see if stretching it’s gonna help me. Got not much balance as in keeping me up long or press ups if I’m on the ground I need help getting up. I never had this problem before December last year went from just about breaking 2 toes from freak storm to edema cos of my bp meds had that changed now the edema has come down but in exchange I now have the pain have taken Voltaren gel the tablet don’t work for me I got stuff from doc supposed to be good then the pain now the pain is messing with my sleep so as high as what jeans go by the hip is where I’m having problems my doc has sent me to a specialist yet to see
But it’s not for that they thinking it could be an internal infection cos of the pain. Or they did talk about stage 3 something internal maybe something is wrong. 4 months of pain is not rite.
So was wondering if this might help pls
Myself and my hubby taught me how to walk again I was down to 60kgs from the illness that was I lost 30 kg I less then 3 weeks didn’t eat for 5 months turned out my throat was burnt so the only thing I could get down was
ENSURE I lived on that for 5 months now I just need to get over what this is I used to be so fit I wanna get back on my mountain bike. Not just for that but time I’m wasting on not teaching my kid to have fun I’m missing all of it cos all I do is sit in this electric chair it’s a plug in to go into flat mode the chair is not comfortable have to look for a new one that will work for me makes everything tight then it kinda compacts my back and hips and ribs into one but if I sit on other chairs to hard or do the same can’t even wear a robe it pulls everything into a ball stiff and hard can’t get outta sitting that way hunched
Anybody got any clues of how to get over it I’m open to listen
