  1. I have been Living in Trauma since childhood due to Abusive Family Environment to the extent that I was Shut down for long many years.. Now i am learning to release the Trauma especialy i feel pain in my hip areas whenever I am angry my hips are in Pain.

  2. I had a head injury on left side, shoulder left hand side,hip injury left hand side .
    I have had ptsd4x,deaths, loss of child, family members and loss faith I love .
    Will this help heal it for me on my journey to start over for my soul union ,blessing

  3. Does it have to be on a hard surface?

    I am recovering from Leukemia and from lesions all over my hip bones. I also ended up with avascular necrosis on one of my hip joints from the chemotherapy. I want to give this a try.
