Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips. This session invites you on the mat to go deeper. This 45 min yoga practice is great for the lower back and the HIPS! Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out, and connect to something big.

You’re changing my gym mindset!
i need this deep stretch in my system all the time, its crazy cause when i first started this was painful. i found myself getting impatient. now its feels amazing i only want to go further into my stretches everytime. I am a witness to my unfolding. Dont give up, focus on your breathing, letting go of the negative and bringing the positive.

Genuine question: I love the whole video but the ghomukatsen stretch at 34:55, is that a genuine pose that stretches a muscle? And if so what’s an alternative stretch. It crushes my ball sack lmao.

Wasted many years of my life, anyone like me stay strong we can make it if we try.
When I do the stretch at 38:55 and I try to lower my upper body to the ground my lower back/hips don’t move and I end up arching my upper back. Does anyone know how to fix this?
