I have been doing your videos for the last few workouts and I love the slower movements. I spent months before doing hard vigorous workouts and found my body angry every day. Even though I was getting results I was not happy getting there. This has allowed me to feel good and add in some strength training that isn't killing me and I love it. Thank you!
