Most people aren’t just born flexible enough to do the splits. It is something you have to work on. And you want to work on it daily. Don’t avoid stretching because you think you are too tight. That is exactly the reason why you need to be stretching.

  1. I can get all the way down in my splits but I feel like below my knee in my back leg, it tilted and like my hips aren’t completely straight, but if I fix both of them I can get all the way down any tips because this is really frustrating me?

  2. Hiiii! I’m a competitive dancer and what my teacher told me is it’s way easier to have your back foot flat and it’s a bit easier but if you want a better stretch then it’s better to put it up like you did in the vid hope this help people who want there split flatttt!!!! When you use blocks make sure you guys have your foot just like she did so it help balance.
