  1. My PT has also suggested this for me as I had 3 bulging discs in my lumbar spine. I have been experiencing intense pain (mostly constant) for the past 1 year and sitting makes it worse. Tried acupuncture and even had a discectomy. Just had PRP and hoping that helps. Otherwise, may consider DiscSeel or another surgery.

  2. Wow. Highly recommend, but be careful and listen to your body on what angle to focus on if experiencing pain. Been having ups and downs for a week with extreme pain standing walking, and especially bending over. About a 6-9 on the pain scale depending on what I did the day before. Finally felt decent enough just now to try this, like I used to for my general sciatica. Instantly brought my pain down to a 1-3 when i stood up and can walk normally. Glad I finally tried it.

  3. I think I bulged my disc doing rdl’s 😫 any work outs for glutes that avoid the back being bulged I like

    Hyper extension
    Hip thrusts
    Sumo squats

Are those going to re injur by back lol

  4. I can’t believe people are still pushing these excercises for a bulging disc! It’s insane, you can tell he has just read this in a book, and doesn’t actually have one himself. These types of exercises will definitely make it worse but you will find that out after one try.

  5. Hey boss, had bulging disc and sciatica pain for around 6 months by now.. No serious red flags, and I found this exercise to really help… But I gotta ask, any idea on how long it takes to recover?
