  2. Hello.. Love you videos.. I am currently suffering from pain on my left side of calf and front calf muscle. It hurts when I walk and I have to stop and sit down to stop the pain. The pain is like a Charlie horse and some pain on my left hip/lower back. Could this be Scatica or disk issue???

  3. You introduce by saying 3 best back exercises, but then give several more. Also, I felt that you explain and demonstrate the exercises well, but you don't give your audience the chance to do them with you. Of course, that would make the video a 30 minute one instead of 10, but it would make it far more effective.

  4. Hello!!! I have heard that glute bridge is meant to target glutes and if you back is stretching too much in this position it's really bad for facet joints. I think I experienced it myself, it was a pain that is different from muscle soreness after training or when nerves gets irritated and radiates pain into legs and glutes. It stopped when I stopped trying to intentionally engage back muscles when doing the bridge. But now I don't feel like back muscles work at all. How do I make sure that I hit both glutes and back muscles without any negative side effects? I do static holds in bridge position

  5. I was a health care worker for 24 years. I never have noor never will believe in chiropractic. D don't forget, when you hit the like button YouTube is paying the video. Owner whomever writes the scripts for these videos. Probably flunked English at least once.

  6. Have seen 100s such videos, all by chaps under 40, non apparently know personally what is Sciatica pain
    Now 78 , regular exercise and games since I was 8, still not a single lose muscle in body, till 70 could match most 40s in fitness
    Never thought would face sciatica
    Last 8 years pain has not left
    All doctors/physio at loss, now which muscle to be strengthen , nothing works
    Resigned to fact age has caught up have to live with it

  7. I sat at a table with attached seats and no back support earlier in the day. Slowly after that, my lower back started to give me a lot of pain to move around, eventually fully restricting my ability to move. Tried these stretches and immediately got some range of motion back with reduced discomfort.

  8. I am suffering from kyphoscolosis. I m 25 year old..plz suggest me for this exercise..i m also feel pain each day and tired quickly due to this disease
    There is curve 60 degree and and one side bend
    My heightnot inc due to this
