I'm very glad you talked about salt the way you did, because I knew low salt wasn't a good option but so many other resources point to that, thanks!
I’ve been sleeping on my left side, 17 weeks pregnant. Do you have any recommendations for my right arm falling asleep? My drs keep saying it’s from my neck position but no matter what position I try, it still happens
Do you know any tips how to get rid of water in your calves / in front if your legs? I'm changing positions a lot, exercising, drinking lots of water and still get swollen😅
It’s so hard to exercise if you are pregnant with multiples (twins) and hard even to have your legs up when one of your twins feels like is not letting you breath because is touching/blocking your diafragma!
22 weeks already started swelling I feel tired too.
I'm 21 weeks and my left ankle and foot swells already
I get so frustrated when people tell me to eat less salt… thank you for sharing the research regarding this common misconception! I actually feel better and have less pregnancy related swelling when I eat an adequate amount of salt.
I have swelling in one leg and also carrying mostly on left… Is it justifiable?? Or should I be concerned
40 weeks with my first and oh so swollen. The nurses called it stage 3 pitting edema and I’m in so much pain I’m beside myself… sitting in a cool bath right now. I feel like I’ve tried everything already to no avail. The only thing that helps is being submerged in the water. I haven’t been able to reduce swelling but I have been able to find brief relief with the water. Good luck all you mamas out there.
I got cured from edema all thanks to Dr Osade on his Youtube channel
Thank you so much madam… it's really helpful for me..
I was able to get rid of my edema with herbal medicine I order from Dr Ejemhen ..
Thank you for sharing salt myth! I absolutely believe extra salt is very beneficial!
Finally I came across Dr Ejemhen on YouTube who help me to beat my Edema completely with the help of his herbal supplements, my swollen leg and ankle are gone, promise to let the world know about your good work Dr Ejemhen…
Shocking to learn that a less salt diet is not recommended as I was always told to limit salt during pregnancy. Thank you so much. I've been following your channel since I got pregnant, and it's really helped a lot!
Thankyou
Wish I had seen this my first pregnancy. I had lots of problems with swelling from 15wks on (resulted in preeclampsia). Thank you so much for posting this! I look forward to using this since my feet are starting to swell at 24wks.
I CAME ACROSS DR IYHERE ON YOUTUBE, I USED HIS HERBAL MEDICATION AND IT CURED ME COMPLETLY FROM ANGIOEDEMA👸/👸
One thing I'd like to add about what kind of salt to use: "unprocessed" salt like Himalayan or sea salt does NOT contain iodine, which is very important for baby's brain development. Not all prenatal vitamins have enough iodine, so it is important to be sure you're getting enough.
Great tips thanks. Also one that has helped me is to wear shoes on the house with good support.
I have been wanting more salt while pregnant, I cook the food and only salt my plate because everyone else can't handle it 😂
These were great tips and I was impressed with your knowledge! I’m 40 weeks and the past couple of weeks my feet have been swollen. I think it’s in conjecture with the summer heat ramping up too but I’m grateful for the tips because it’s quite uncomfortable. 😅
Thank you so much for this video I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and really swelling now but nothing serious
