  1. Did she start with the most difficult one? That first one plus the cat and cow stretch were SO painful. I do carry a lot of stress in my upper mid back, though, so it's probably a good thing.

  2. I'm 39. A veteran. And I move and feel like I'm on my deathbed. My back hurts so bad in some positions that it literally takes my breath away. I won't go through my life story here. I've tried other videos that are supposed to help back pain and ppl w back injuries but the movements seem to make things worse. I'm reluctant to try yours but you seem to have quite the following and track record of happy customers. I hope this is as helpful for me as it seems to have been for so many others. Either way, thank you for taking your time to help others. Take care and be safe.

  3. This video is perfect. I'm a fit and healthy-eating 62-year-old male, yet when I do strenuous lifting, I experience lower back and hip pain and stiffness the next morning, sometimes having to roll myself over and drop my legs down to the floor. The pain and stiffness goes away on its own within four days. An X-ray eight years ago revealed an old hairline crack in a lower vertebrae, perhaps from an injury as a young teen. I'm being more careful lifting and pulling things as I age, and, with success, I'm using this video, "Stretches for Back Pain Relief." Used on a regular basis, I'm experiencing less frequent lower back issues and I can come out of it and get active in two days instead of four. Thank you, Jen!

  4. Probably gonna sound like most of the comments in here but I legit come back to this video every once in a while whenever I feel back pain and it still works! Makes me so relaxed after and helps me with my sleep.
I even showed this to my mom years ago. 🥰 Thank you Jen

  5. Jen, this particular video has helped me so much over the years, I can’t thank you enough. Some days I am completely rigid and can’t walk or even stand. I start doing it on the sofa and within 5 mins I can stand then I do it on a chair and finally on the floor. Some days I would not be able to walk but this video of yours gets me there.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart

  6. It has been a while that I've done your yoga. Forgot how good it was. I got a bad lower back pain right now. From studying sitting down on the bed. How many times today should I do this to get much better tomorrow? Maybe every hour?
