  1. Wow. I attend a great yoga studio in San Diego that is very authentic and does a great job focusing on taking care of the body AND the mind. So I'm usually picky about where and with whom I practice yoga. I tried out this video since I couldn't make it to a yoga class at my studio today. But I really enjoyed this session! I feel so much better even though it was only 20 minutes which is what I needed for today because it's been a long day! Thank you! I am definitely subscribing to this channel.

    Ik heb vaker yoga gedaan via youtube maar een hele tijd niet na deze keer en ik dacht ik ga weer een keer yoga doen en toen ik bij deze video uit en die heb ik net gedaan.
    Ik heb wel ergens het gevoel dat de yoga iets heeft gedaan.

    De oefeningen vind ik een beetje moeilijk ik ben niet zo lenig. En ik moet bij yoga denk ik letten op mijn ademhaling.
    Misschien ga ik weer vaker Yoga doen via youtube.

    Ook al ging het niet helemaal perfect heb ik het toch gedaan.

  3. Omg Juliana, this was my first class of you I did 7 years ago. I remember I did this one everyday then. Now 7+ years later started to do it again and I still love this class. So calm, gentle and loving for the body. Thanks again <3
