Increasing risk for Diastasis Recti.
Protect your core by rolling to your side and pushing up with your arms. Also exhale and pull your baby in (shrinking your stomach) while you sit up (or do any challenging move).

Even when you're not pregnant, doctors still advise his/her patients to roll over sideways to get up, sit there a bit and focus before getting out of bed to prevent dizziness.
