Wow, I just learned about somatic yoga and this is my very first time trying it. I am struggling with health problems due to stress and I cried throughout this whole video. I'm guessing that's a good thing and part of healing? And also because I'm telling myself "I will heal" so it feels like an emotional experience. Thank you
