    I have a quick question: 6 videos in the playlist and one 90-minute complete video. Would it be alright to do one video each day and then the 90-minute video on the 7th? Is it okay to do these workouts daily? I’m concerned because most workout routines include rest days. Please advise. Om Shanti

  2. Namaste Arun. Could you please advise how to better approach this series. Better to spend a few days on each series (ie. 3days series 1, 3days series, etc), or better to practice them, one each day, and then start over from series 1? Many thanks!
