This practice will help relieve all of those tight muscles that contribute to chronic low back pain & sciatica pain. We’re talking about the hips, glutes, low back (QL), and hamstrings. These stretches are accessible for all ages and all levels, with no equipment needed, and I find them to be super effective. These are my go to stretches when I notice low back pain from sitting and slouching too much, and they’re also part of my everyday practice for low back and sciatica pain prevention. So get ready to give your low back some sweet love!

  1. Thank you for wonderful sessions…can you do a few routines that are shorter than 30 minutes…i.e. 15 or 20 minutes for days one has less time to stretch or work out. You are the best!

Wow that last one really did it for my back,I'm training to be a yoga teacher myself and I've been practicing daily for the past 8 months but no relief for my back as yet, this is the best my back has felt after practice fora while so thankyou! I'm thinking my bed mattress is causing my back problems, thinking of transitioning onto the floor, big move but it just feels like the only solution atm
