Just an honest feedback, take it or leave it, the music is really loud and it overpowers your voice to the point that a) I can't hear you, because I have the volume really low because I don't like the music, and b) your voice and the music sounds so incongruent that it seems like I have another browser window open playing music and it's overall annoying. As I said, take it or leave it, just giving my personal unbiased 100% raw feedback ❣

The music was a bit much, but the wiggles and the stretches were perfect. Any tips on what to do for a pinched lower back? I can’t seem to pop or stretch this ooone spot and it hurts!

Thank you! As others have mentioned, love the relaxing moves but had trouble hearing you over the music. It should be easily adjustable during edit to lower the decibels on the ambient audio channel and/or increase the voiceover.

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and having difficulty with my lower back and hips. This felt wonderful. That being said, while the music was a nice addition, it was way too loud. I had to turn on the captions so I could read the instructions and make sure I could hear what to do.
Finally a gentle yoga video that I can do and is relaxing through the whole video. Thank you! I kept finding "gentle" yoga videos that were stressing out my body. This was exactly what I was looking for.

In my second trimester and loving this! With the exhaustion and nausea this is just the right amount of time and effort to be able to keep up. I find your energy and voice very calming and peaceful. Thank you for this<3 🙂
