  1. Guys I have anxiety too and Jesus is the best way. He can calm you down with His presence and words. Read the Bible and trust in Jesus. If you don't know Him, repent of your sins and trust in Jesus. Yoga is from an old ancient practice called Kundalini Yoga and it is dangerous and demonic. Demons are real and they have made people do crazy things to get them to worship or serve them. Those poses are to false gods and they invoke demonic energy. God is real and He wants us to stay away from these things. There are countless testimonies of former yogis who found Jesus and sens the evil energy surrounding the practice. Any exercise connected to false worship origins is evil and should be avoided. God will take your pain and anxiety away. Just surrender it all to him and realign your anxious thoughts with God's calm Holy thoughts. He will not just take them away but take you through it, so you can work through it with Him and you can understand anxiety in a way to help others. Talk to the Lord and ask him to help you. Focus on God and as hard as that is not to dwell, dwell not on your anxiety, but dwell on the word of God. His thoughts will soothe you. If you can read, listen. I promise you Jesus will soothe you better than anything. This will eventually leave you empty wanting more, but Jesus truly satisfies forever. I love you but I know how bad this practice is. Even if it feels or sounds good, it isn't always good. Look up original Yoga, the name of the game is the same. Nothing is new under the sun.
