Pre Natal yoga helps primarily to create a healthy body, a positive relaxed mind and helps mothers’ to tune into their pregnancy. They learn to be aware of their feelings and responses, and how to deal with them in a calm and joyful manner.

At it’s core Pre Natal yoga trains a woman’s mind and body for the experience of giving birth, not so much by reducing the intensity of birthing but by increasing her awareness, thus heightening the entire experience of pregnancy and birthing.

  2. Came back to write this.. If you're planning to start your yoga routine don't give it a second thought.. I delivered my baby girl 9 months ago..Labour pain for almost 23 hrs.. Natural birth and a beautiful baby girl .. Started this yoga at 7th month about 2 hra after breakfast.. At times I felt too tired.. But pushed myself to do it.. I used to feel tired after the yoga..a small nap and bath really helped.. I even walked about 2. 5kms uphill and downhill every evening..
    When I was checking for postpartum yoga just remembered this and definitely wanted to comment.. Hope it helps.. Good luck mommies❤embrace yourselves😊

  3. I started this routine from 4th month of my pregnancy and continued till my baby delivery because it used to make my body very calm and relaxed. My labour lasted for 5 hours only and I had a normal delivery. Baby delivery was not painful at all without any problems. I feel like this routine played a major role in making my labour and delivery stress free.

  4. I strongly recommend this prenatal yoga. My gynaecologist recommended this video and I dedicated did this yoga from 4th month till day before my delivery
    . When my gynaecologist was performing stretch and sweep method. She observed that I am already 2 cm dilated, in labor and not having any pain. This exercise helps in building stamina. I delivered my baby normally within 2 hrs.

  5. I am in the mid of 8th month now, just checking if the strectches are recommended as I feel some pain when I stretch in a pose ( 8:02 ). Is it normal? Also, instead of doing this at a stretch – can I split few exercises morning before food and then later in the evening?

  6. I started doing this yoga from 7th month till 39th week and am glad to inform that i had a normal delivry.
    Thanks for the team for this amazing video which inspired me to stay fit with good stamina and flexibility which helped me during my labour.

  7. This is my first Pregnancy and I've started this exercise every morning from 7th month of my pregnancy.. I have done it till my delivery date.. It helped me to loosen all the muscles and feel light even in my third trimester.. Finally we are blessed with a baby BOY through Normal delivery ❤🎉🎉..Thanks a ton Lara for this wonderful video.. ❤❤Hope it will help all moms-to-be to deliver their baby naturally😍
