My back feels like it got some much needed blood flow!
I've loved every class I've taken on this channel except for this one. It did not seem very maternity focused as far as the moves go, too much talking, not enough movement. Almost every single move was an uncomfortable fold on the belly involving sticking your head on a block. My husband who does yoga regularly did this with me and even he could not do a lot of these folds with no belly. It felt very random and did not provide any relief to my aching body.
Im 34 weeks and its pretty uncomfortable to fold forward like that when I'm trying to keep myself from hunching over due to the weight in my belly most of the day. I rather stretch backward than forward.
