Thank you….this was just what I needed….Im 34 weeks pregnant and was experiencing a lot of lower back pain and also tight calves…this practice really relaxed and eased my pain. Can you please do one for lower back pain

29 weeks pregnant and very unfit somehow. This video has a wonderful pace in my opinion. My cat likes to join yoga too. Usually by sitting on my laptop and ruining the play of the video :')
