  1. I started having sciatica 5th month pregnancy, went to expensive physiotherapy, massages, walks, nothing helped, it was getting worse till the point I bearly could walk. I started doing this exercise in 7th month pregnancy, and in a mether of week, I already could return to my normal life, carring my 2 year old , sitting and working, do stuff around d house. Thank you so much! It saved me , really.

  3. I've been doing this video for almost 3 yrs straight! It's my favorite video & did it daily with baby #3 and 2 yrs post-partum. I had really bad sciatica with baby #2 and none with #3. I'm addicted to this video!

  4. 31 weeks and have been suffering from horrible sciatica pain for a week now since going over the top for my son’s 2nd birthday being on my feet cooking, cleaning and decorating for two days straight. It’s at the point where I can barely walk, can’t carry him anymore, and just feel terrible. Tried this tonight and felt about 30% better after! Going to do it everyday til I give birth if it continues to help that much. ❤❤❤

  5. 23weeks; my butt was so sore and I tried to wall, sit and roller massages it didn’t help much until i follow this video for 2days. It honestly works for me, thank you 😊
