I'm way late to this, but found it because I'm pregnant now. And while doing Yoga before pregnancy I noticed that my hips open really wide, and it was so exciting to see that Hilah is the same way!! Thanks for this series!

A 15-30 minute prenatal sequence would be amazing. Some of the videos in the playlist are not easy for third trimester mamas (laying on back, etc.)
