This was an emotional one for me, and so timely to have stumbled upon it this morning. I am completing my PhD and 12 weeks along, and desperately needed time to just connect with my baby, feel the gratitude I feel, say I love you, and even apologize for being so busy. I love Sara Beth's yoga videos but this one is the one I have diffulty with because of the amount of rapid talking g there is which breaks my con entratiin and results in me focusing on the discomfort and wanting it to be over rather than relaxing.
