Join me for this 20-min Pregnancy Yoga Sculpt With Optional Light Dumbbells. This prenatal yoga is great for both strengthening and stretching. You can also use water bottles or cans of beans in place of dumbbells. It’s designed for light weights only (I used 3 lbs).
