  1. All your yoga videos are lifesavers for me. Doing a yoga routine with yours helps release all my body discomfort after a night of sleeping only on left side, without which I dont think i can do throughout my pregancy. Thank you, again, very much Jessica!!

  2. great excercise, I loved that it included classical music. it is only a pity that this particular excercise meant to listen carefully to enjoy the music suddently has publicity shouting in the middle of the video. Most of your videos dont have this, but particulary in this one because of the nice music and then suddently this noise, it gets quite disturbing
