  1. 34 weeks and first baby, thank you so much for all your videos. I know you have posted some of these years ago, but they are so helpful. I work long long hours, so it's nice to take a piece of my morning to do these yoga classes and get my body ready for the most important journey in my life. ❤ 💪🏻

  2. I've loved and followed many of your videos through my pregnancy, but this one doesn't work for me at 34 weeks- too much forward bending. There's another 3rd trimester class you have that I'm doing daily- which I'd highly recommend for anyone with same issue here as me.

  3. I am 34 weeks and 2 days with baby #3, I've had two natural births with my other two but didn't know much about pain management I used breathwork but still ended up cursing and focusing on the pain too much towards the end😅 I'm hoping to use sounds this time around and to stay in a meditative state so I really hope adding this to my daily routine will help me accomplish that this time… Also I heard about aromatherapy too, I'd like to get some essential oils as well.

  4. 29 weeks on Monday and have been in/out of doing your yoga videos since 16 weeks. Its helping so much and keeping away the fatigue too! Can't thank you and the videos enough. Would recommend to anyone ❤

  5. Hi! I’m probably super late coming to this video as I see some of the comments are older… But I really enjoyed this yoga session! I’ve definitely been looking for more exercises and workouts focused around pregnancy and all that comes with it. I’ve tried to look for apps, but I never really found one that I really liked. I have a feeling that I’ll really enjoy doing these sessions that you host. I’m currently on my third trimester coming up on 31 weeks as of tomorrow with my baby boy who is due on July 18.🥰 So preparing my body and managing to stay healthy during this time and after is super important to me. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

  6. I've been using yoga for pain management since I was 14. I of course want to use it in pregnancy. This was very assuring and validating in my decision.
Both the video and the comments.
    Thank you!

  7. I am now in my 31 week of pregnancy. I've been doing yoga with your videos since the beginning of my second trimester and that have been the best to my body and my mind, I feel so good. Thanks a lot!

  8. 39+5 and hoping for a natural birth and labor onset at home before heading to the hospital; went past 41 with my other two, so trying to stay calm and trust the process in these finals days, however, they end up 💜 thank you for the content! So glad I found you during this pregnancy!

  9. Please dont suggest books under feet for adjusting in Malasana (Yoga Squat) 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 it's absolutely offensive to Indian culture ❤ I love your video otherwise, you're such a great teacher 🙏🏽

  10. 39 weeks and 6 days. Thanks for being there during my entire pregnancy process with your videos. Tomorrow I am turning 40 weeks and I still very energetic and active. Namaste !!

  11. I'm 36 weeks and 4 days! I cannot believe it! First baby. There are days when I feel ready but days when I'm nervous about labor and postpartum. I've been doing your videos and watching other YouTube videos regarding labor and postpartum. I wanted to take classes and read more books about it but time has slipped out of my hands so videos are what I'm doing now. I can also listen to them while doing something else.
