Week 31 and this felt amazing! Following your May calendar, just swapped Sat & Sun 🎉
Thanks for the May calendar!
This one was hard work! But I did it! Currently at 38 + 4 🎉
Thanks so much Jessica. Have been doing your workouts for months. Due in May. I really appreciate you.
I legit can’t even lift my leg to do Pilates without being in agony during and after. My lower back feels like it’s detaching or trying to crack and never cracks. It’s so painful
I’m in my 34th week. I used to only do the easy labour workouts since the start of my third trimester, but found this video today for my bedtime workout. Loved it! Not too easy, just enough to feel the muscles working. Hoping and praying for an easy vbac! My hospital is too knife-happy and will find any reason for a c-section, so I hope my uterine scar has healed sufficiently that I go into labour spontaneously and the baby pops out quickly. 😀
Eu sempre faço exercícios com ela. Desde o oitavo mês.
I have been following your videos and exercises since the first trimester. As a first time mum, your channel is an absolute blessing.
I have had no back ache, no sciatica pain, no swelling in my feet or other physical ailments because of your videos!!
And I’m so excited to say that I gave birth naturally, unmedicated at 38 weeks with a precipitous labor and it’s all thanks to you, my mind and body were so strong throughout.
I’m so grateful to you and look forward to doing your postpartum videos now 💪🏻

Hai Jessica , can you do a video about how to reduce pelvic examination pain during delivery? Does doing yoga continuously during pregnancy helps to reduce the pain of cervical exam?
Very good exercise for the third trimester! I couldn't keep up with the 14 day challenge so slow down to do more yoga & pirates in my 33 week now.
From which week to do these exercises??
