Thank you! 36 weeks and between the Braxton hicks, constipation, backaches, heartburn, and insomnia, I have been feeling pretty miserable. This was just what the doctor ordered 👍
Loving the sessions on this channel, but some of the background music is really annoying. Wish there was no music so I could do the sessions in silence or with the music of my choice.
I just gave birth yesterday and I wanted to say thank you for the amazing videos you created. I was doing this yoga practice every morning during the last few weeks of my pregnancy and also a few other videos. I tried to do at least one exercise per day and some time 2 exercises. I had a great labour and also these videos made my pregnancy experience so much nicer, kept aches and pains away. Thank for Jessica for your positivity and your videos gave me courage and kept me a positive mood. Now I’m keen to start my post birth exercise to bring my shape and strength back after healing up. Highly highly recommend your channel and thank you for your kind soul of putting the effort to share your knowledge and experience with everyone.
33 weeks and loving this, thank you 🙏🏼😍
Thank you so much for your positivity and educational videos! Loving more and more of them everyday! Best way to start my days😄♥️
Thanks 🥰
great practice! I feel so much relief 🙂
Thank you ❤
I'm 33 weeks pregnant and that sorted out all my aches and pains!! Thank you 🙏
I follow you everymorning since 2months for my pregnancy. Im 38 w and find more flexibility and so exiting for my home free birth. Im proud of myseylf tha k you for your channel
Thank you for your exercises, doing them helps me feel healthier and happier 🙂 Can you please give advice on protein intake during pregnancy? I find it hard to eat 70 – 100 g of protein in my diet. And I'm struggling to find a protein powder because third-party tested ones are costly while I'm unsure about the safety of the others.
37 weeks and did this! feel so awesome to do this in the morning! thank you for bringing joy to the community! appreciate it
Great practice, thank you. One wish I would have would be to take more time on the second side. By the time we get into the pose, it's already time to move on and I have to pause the video which is not very relaxing. Thank you!
I absolutely loved this video! What a great sequence. Like many of the comments, I felt so good I teared up. Going to try and do this once a day! Thank you! ❤
I have never tried yoga and this killed me haha I think I need an easier video
I really enjoyed this practice. Thank you Jess! 🙏
thank you)
Love this video so much but now in the third trimester is getting tricky 😂 do you have any specific morning yoga video for third trimester ? Thank you so much for your channel ❤
Your videos are motivations every morning to get me out of bed! I feel sooo good with you ❤
Thank you for the great class! I have a question in regards of nutrition. I am 5th months pregnant and I have huge craving to eat kaolin. Is there something safe to nurture this craving? Thank you in advance
thank you for making and sharing these videos!! <3
This is my fifth pregnancy, and your videos are helping me more than any others ever did. They are wonderful.
This is so good! We need more!♥️♥️
I did this with my 3rd pregnancy, and now I am doing it I. My 4th pregnancy. I don’t know what stretch on this video helps, but if I don’t do yoga at least every other day, my arms will fall asleep at night no matter what position I lay in. It has worked wonders for me!
I do have one suggestion! To make another yoga tone video (maybe especially for the glutes to help with hip- and back pain). I have been having lots of Braxton-Hicks contractions since a few weeks when working out, except when doing yoga classes. Although I do wish to work on my strength more, thats why the slow yoga tone lessons (and yogalates) are so great for me.
Thank you for all that you do for us <3!
Absolutely loved this one!
This felt soooo good. Definitely going to be one of my go to routines.
I’m struggling to do any workout but I can get through this and feel better. Many thanks .
Yet another beautiful flow! Thank you 🙏
Definitely addresses all the tight spots 🙂
34.5 weeks here – thank you for this nice easy stretchy morning practice, was exactly what I needed after a busier weekend being on my feet a lot. Didn't want a workout, just needed to stretch out my hips, back and legs after all the walking. Loved it! Will come back to this one.
Thanks for a beautiful routine, note to self not to eat breakfast before this 😅
Hi Jessica, I’ve been loving your pregnancy videos. I think I’ve done this one specifically over 10 times – it’s my go-to pre-natal yoga video.
My biggest pregnancy frustration is yeast infection. Is there any food that you’d recommend? Or exercises? I am currently on prescription topical cream that is pregnancy safe but it hasn’t not resolved the situation.
Favorite morning routine ❤ week 27
Biggest issue is sleeping.
So happy and grateful I found you. Currently 4-5 weeks pregnant and I appreciate your weekly prenatal workout videos. Especially for my lower back pain and body aches. Thank you for helping me stay active, healthy, and feel good. Please continue to create more. ❤️🙏🏼
thank you!! I like these videos that are more chilled, I do them the days I am exhausted and I can't do anything, but then i push a little to do this and then I feel better. I like the variety of intensity your videos have, so I can choose whenever I feel full of energy or half dead, like today!
Namaste 🙏🏾💗
The routine is so relaxing especially to my hips. Thank you.
I love the quote in the end..great way to end the routine with something motivating to keep going positive throughout the pregnancy. Made me cry too…
Thank you, Jess! I feel so relieved 🙌 amazing yoga morning routine!
I've been practising this sequence daily since my 4th month. And now I'm 9 months pregnant and still continue to do these stretches every morning. It really helps me avoid back pain and heaviness in my body in the morning and encourages to start my day on a positive note. Thank you so much for preparing these wonderful videos🌷
Anyone else cry after she read the card orrrrr….. 🙋🏻♀️
Morning stretch ✔️
What would be the postpartum equivalent of this routine?
This was excellent, really relaxed me for the day ❤️❤️
Great morning prenatal yoga practice👍👍 Feeling good
This is the perfect prenatal morning practice to relieve my sore hips, thank you so much 💚
