  1. 22 weeks here ❤ loved the surprise affirmation half way through: at first I was like 'am I?!?!?' and with more breath I shifted to 'I am'. Very powerful. Thank you, will definitely check out more of your pregnancy videos

  2. This was enjoyable, but it could use more reminders to inhale and exhale, and what to do in certain positions (e.g. how to do a kegel, how to make the most of warrior 2, what to be mindful of, etc.)

  3. 15 weeks 6 days, i am too lazy to outside this days in the park .
    And when i finally got the energy to go out, it was raining heavily.
    I dont want to walk on my threadmil either so i decided to do some stretching🤣.
    I am already tired after 5 mins lol.

I followed your videos all the way through my second pregnancy, I am now 10 months postpartum and keep coming back as no matter what other channels I try no video provides the stretch and relaxation I need quite like yours, especially your prenatal yoga so thank you for getting me through pregnancy and postpartum ❤
