It’s a great yoga flow workout, but as someone who has been dealing with sciatica since even before I got pregnant, this didn’t help much at all with that.

Oh my! I just did it at the morning and this is the longest sitting without pain for days! I have Piriformis-syndrome, in my 25 weeks, and top on that I was at a 2-days conference 2 weeks ago, with horrible chairs! Since then I couldn't sit or lay, or anything without pain. And I need to sit for work. I visit physiotherapist, but I think this workout helped me A LOT in a short time. I love your pregnancy yoga videos, and thank you especially for this one!
