  1. Baby started moving a lot right after doing this. hopefully to turn his little breech position around! Could I ask if anyone did ECV to share their positive experiences? I feel very anxious about trying in case it's still needed in a few weeks, but my Dr highly recommends I try and says using hypnobirthing techniques, it could be a positive experience

Thanks…Success story…My baby has been transverse since 32 weeks….last sonography done on 36 week baby was transverse then i search YouTube for how to encourage baby to head down…today 37 weeks 5days baby has turned head down….. With the affirmation therapy i used to do music therapy and these exercises 3times a day and breathing exercise… Also prayed to mahadev and durga maa.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Jai mahakal.. jai matadi..

During my last scan, they confirmed that the baby had moved into the proper position. I am deeply grateful for this video—it not only helped with baby positioning but also calmed my mind and prepared me for birth. I will definitely recommend this video to everyone to practice during pregnancy.❤

  4. I have had a pain in the back of my right hip on and off during pregnancy (sciatica maybe) and it is quite painful when I lay on my back with my knees up feet on the floor how can I relieve this?
    I do pigeon/figure 4 as well as lunges and stuff to help but nothing eases it. Any suggestions?

  5. At the moment I am 36 weeks. A couple of weeks ago I went to the hospital and the nurses told me that my baby was not at the right position at the moment. I’ve been following you since the beginning of my pregnancy and I thought hmm maybe she has a video for getting my baby into the right position. I searched it, i found it and I did it each every day. Yesterday I went back to the hospital and guess what… !!!HE TURNED!!! My boyfriend and I were like “omg it’s because of the yoga, wauw, it worked, wauw,…” We are very blessed.
