I had my baby girl 10 days ago with a natural and unmedicated delivery thanks to your help! I’ve been doing your yoga and exercise videos since week 18 and I felt prepared for my big day. It wasn’t painless but I was able to cope thanks to you. I can’t wait to get back to exercising now that I’m feeling more recovered. Thank you again ❤
Currently 38 weeks pregnant, have been following your videos and doing the exercises since 28 weeks! Really seeing a difference in my mobility and overall aches and pains. I have recommended your channel to other mamas to be on the app I use to track my pregnancy 🙂
Hi Jessica thank you for all your useful yoga to prepare for natural birth. I do this yoga on October 4 evening and I gave birth on October 5 at 12pm. It only takes me 15 minutes in the delivery room to deliver my baby. ❤
Loved this! I’ll be 39W in 3 days with baby #2. Love you videos!
The hip swaying definitely felt good
Th ak you for all your great videos. 34w pregnant and I keep on following your great tips and advice from France ;). Thank you so much. This one feels goods afterwards.
This is one of my favourite yoga videos you have. Love the way I feel after
That was a burner. So good. I’m 36 weeks and today is my 43rd birthday. Thank you for providing these workouts. I’ve been doing them constantly since around week 13.
I'm so sore from two days of your cardio/total body workout videos, so this was perfect to help stretch me out and feel good!
Great workout! Love your classes!! Always leave feeling stronger and more confident 😊❤
Hi Jessica, thanks so much for this lovely practice and for all that you do. I've been following your workouts since week 6 and am now at week 33. Can you explain what you mean when you say your elbows/hips/knees should be aligned in side plank? I can never get them to line up and wonder if I'm doing it wrong.
Hle mam when to start these yoga.. I am very scared off pregnancy. How will i deliver to baby. …
I'm so grateful to you for making and sharing this video. Thank you
Why do have different names on your videos and do the exact things on all of them?
Very difficult to understand what she's saying because of the music.
