  1. I just wanted to say that you're so beautiful inside and out and I love you! I'm 5 months pregnant and the first 3 months I stopped everything from severe pregnancy nausea. Now i'm back feeling better and I do one of your classes every day. Thank you for being a shining light and guiding us through this uncertain (for me it's first time) but beautiful time. Namaste 💮🙏

  2. Absolutely loved this class, 35 weeks now and this was exactly the kind of peace, stretching and self love that I needed. Eternally grateful that you are keeping us supplied with so many phenomenal classes along the journey. ❤

  3. I can finally do the full yogi squat again, without pain! This is significant because I endured some severe postpartum injuries after my first, a little over one year ago, and now I'm pregnant with my second and able to do so much more again! I'm so grateful for these videos and all your knowledge of the female body, Jessica!! ☺️🤗🙌

  4. Thank you for every class! I love practicing yoga with you and im a teacher myself. And do pilates with you when I feel with more energy. And the workouts are awesome! Im so grateful with you and your work here. Yo are making my pregnancy so much better. Gratings and good wishes to you from Argentina ♥

  5. This was such an amazing yoga session, enjoyed so much while being at 39w 5d and getting a bit impatient to meet with my baby. While doing yoga with you, I felt so much relaxed and connected to my body, thank you for the experience! I’m a bit behind in the challenge, let’s see if I can finish it 😉

  6. This was a good video, though it could have used more modification suggestions for late pregnancy (e.g. use of stability ball or chair for figure 4 stretch). Still, most of the stretches were doable at 33 weeks. Thanks!
