Pregnancy Yoga and Natural Birth Preparation Exercises. These are the prenatal yoga and pregnancy exercises that I did daily to prepare for natural birth. I had 3 positive birth experiences with relatively easy and fast pushing and recovery. We are going to open up the hips and pelvis, build strength and endurance and prepare your core and pelvic floor for faster and effective pushing.

What if the side lying position is very uncomfortable?
I was taking online classes from 9 – 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
This was amazing! I love ALL of your videos 🙂 I am 38 weeks now prepping for birth and this was just what I needed! Also – can you share the music playlist you have on this video? It was lovely and I would love to use it during labor 💜
Can I start these exercises at 32nd week?

Shout out to all the ladies who have taken up residence in the natural birth prep playlist! Just about 30 weeks now and I'm having fun with these labor preparation videos. Thank you! Love reading all the positive comments too!! 💜
Thank you so much for these great videos. I was able to deliver my baby naturally this August. 🥰
When did you start doing the natural birth preparation exercises every day, in the last month?
Are these ok to practice at 21 weeks? I think I had Braxton Hick contractions right after I finished my session. I'm feeling ok now but it really freaked me out. Felt like strong period cramping.
Love your videos! I am currently 36 weeks pregnant with my first baby and am feeling relaxed and confident for my birth. Thanks so much for all your knowledge!
I love your videos! You helped me through my first pregnancy during COVID and although things didn’t go quite as planned during birth, I am still enjoying your videos with baby #2 coming later this year! You are so helpful and encouraging. THANK YOU!!!
What is the size of the yoga ball?
Thank you Jessica! I’m 39 weeks 5 days currently and have been doing your videos my whole pregnancy!! I am trying to be as prepared as possible for the big day both mentally and physically, hope it will work, wish me luck, keep on doing the good work!! Love from Hungary, Europe xx
Thanks a lot, the music so beautiful 😍
After how many weeks of pregnancy these exercise can be done?
I’m due in a couple days and this video was very helpful and it makes me less anxious for delivery so thank you 🙏

I am 18th week and 1 day pregnant. I am really worried about my delivery as I want to have a natural delivery. I can see there are a lot of videos for this on your channel. Please suggest all the videos/playlist to follow. Thanks a lot. 🙂
Thank you for sharing wonderful info and videos.. Is this video safe for all trimester?
Thank you in advance ❣️

thank you so much for your videos. I am 33 weeks and 6 days today. I feel confident to give birth thanks to your videos.
Great video! Thank you so much!
From which we want to do this workout?? Focus more in 3 trimester???
Do any of these exercises help prevent perineal tearing? I’ve heard about a few yoga positions to practice to strength that area but I’m not 100% which ones or if they work.
Hello Jessica! I have this video marked to do tomorrow, and I’m just wondering what timing you recommend for these birth prep videos? I’m almost 30 weeks, and want to be ready for birth, but I also really enjoy regular sculpting, cardio, etc. Should I be doing these a couple times a week at this point, and more as I get closer? Thanks for your help!
38w+2d and I loved this one! 🥰🥰🥰
In which week should I start this ?
can u start doing these from 34 weeks on even if u havent been doing yoga/stretches throuhgout pregnancy?
I really appreciate the exercises but in many of the videos I find at least one of them practically impossible to do with a big belly. Is anyone having the same experience?
