  1. I never comment on videos but I have to on this one. I did exercises during the day and gave birth at night (on the expected due date). Incredibly effective. Of course, I did the other things to start labor the same day, but I really still can't believe it. T H E B E S T, THANK YOU! ❤

  2. I did this video the morning of my 2nd baby's due date and drank Raspberry tea. My baby came that day at 1pm.

With my 1st I did these videos and my baby came a week+3 days late. It depends on where your body is at, but it certainly didn't hurt anything and felt great to move.

  3. I'm 37.5 weeks with my second baby. My first was a failed induction turned emergent C-section and I'm very, very motivated to have a VBAC this second time around with different OB team and hospital. Wish me all the luck!! Love these videos and loved them the first time around as well!

  4. Jessica, I've followed your channel my entire pregnancy. Some days I would do 2-3 workouts a day to help ease aches and pains. On Monday at 6:30 p.m. I went into active labor with consistent contractions and I turned on this video to help move baby down into position. It was intense! By 10:50 p.m. I had my baby girl in my arms, I only pushed 2-3 times when my body told me it was time. I wanted my second labor to be fast with no tearing and it's exactly what I got and I completely credit your helpful videos. Thank you so much for this content. I'm sharing your channel with other Mom friends and singing your praises. You make such a difference in our lives!

  5. Hi Jessica, I followed you during my pregnancy. I am a bit late for the post but it's a genuine one. I had a normal delivery with natural labour pain. Thank you so much for putting yourself here and helping us. Now I will follow your postpartum routine!

  6. I did this workout on December 29th.My DUE date was 06.01.2024.
All my pregnancy I exercised with Jessica. So most of these poses were my regular ones. But still I had an effect. Because same day my mucus plug partially was out and in a few days was completely out. My contractions began approximately 1st-2d of January but very light ones. I delivered naturally my daughter on January 5th. Now my daughter is almost 8 months old 🥰
Thank you Jessica for your help and support during my journey. I appreciate it so much ❤️❤️❤️

  7. idk if it was this video because my belly had dropped and i had a bloody show prior to doing it but a few hours after i lost my mucus plug and started having contractions, i do think it helped with further progressing things. have been in early labor since then, baby is definitely coming soon 🙂

  8. Im 39 weeks 2 days and praying this works, i am sooo over being pregnant 🤞🏻 finished the workout about ten mins ago and I've already had a bowel movement after a few days of being constipated so its definitely getting something moving 😅

  9. I am 41 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I started having cramps that were irregular about 5 days ago. Had some blood tinged mucus. I have been doing this yoga routine since then because of how irregular my cramps were. Still no baby. I am scheduled for induction in two days. I really don't want to be medically induced, but at this point, I might have to. So for those who keep seeing the comments of "this worked for me within 10 minutes!" Know that every body is different, every pregnancy is different, and every baby will come at their own time no matter how hard you might go at doing these at home induction exercises and techniques.
