  1. Thank you for your channel! I just had a baby last week and I have to say, wow, I am so much skinned than I thought I would be postpartum thanks to you!! They helped me during my pregnancy to prevent an old back injury from affecting me!! I was so nervous about being pregnant and having back pain.

  2. 24 weeks pregnant! I was doing your videos pretty consistently until I started feeling sick. Then I got better and found it hard to find a routine again and I also got covid so I was in a lot of pain. I’m finally not feeling sick but my body is so sore so I decided to do this video and it really helped stretch me out. I hope this will be enough motivation for me to keep doing your awesome videos!!

  3. 36 weeks + 3 days pregnant with my 4th boy. I wish I had found your videos for my other pregnancies. I’ve been doing your workout videos for the last few weeks and this pregnancy I feel the best mentally and physically out of them all. Thank you for all the amazing videos you make. I’m hoping doing the yoga videos helps me feel a bit more prepared physically and mentally for labor as I’m very nervous my last was extremely intense the most painful and labor out of them all but it was also a very fast labor so I wasn’t prepared for things being so quick and intense

  4. I am 33+ weeks pregnant. Following your exercises since my second trimester. However not been able to be regular, any impact due to that irregularity? Doing your prenatal yoga and pilates 4-5 times per week only.

  5. I’m surprised you recommend the camel pose for pregnant mamas. I found it caused a lot of coning from mismanaged intra-abdominal pressure.
Also, any pelvic floor strengthening exercises (Kegals) should typically not be done post 34 weeks, to allow space for baby to descend for birth.
    Thanks for the video!

  6. Thank you for your wonderful prenatal yoga videos. I am 20 weeks FTM and have SO enjoyed doing these yoga routines each morning. It truly has helped my morning aches and pains and relieves pressure in my hips and joints. Thanks again for what you are contributing!
