  1. Hi! Thank you so much for these videos and this channel! I just discovered it yesterday and am back again and plan to use it for the duration of my pregnancy! One question I have is pertaining to the guidance in literature not to strengthen the core (or do crunch type exercises during pregnancy), and whether tightening the abdominal is considered this action? Was this an issue for you or did you do all these yoga moves while you were pregnant, too? Thank you!

  2. This is perfect. I’m so out of shape from a rough first trimester that this gets me fatigued. I’m going to try and do it daily to get more movement back into my routine and hopefully increase my endurance.
