Last week I shared the exercises I used to prepare for 3 natural and positive (pain-free) births. Today, I’m sharing the stretches that I did daily to get baby into an optimal fetal position, open my hips and prepare my body for a shorter and easier labor. Of course, the stretches also helped get rid of the aches and pains and helped my body feel amazing!
I hear hundreds of positive birth stories now and I love hearing how preparing your mind and body makes such a huge difference in your birth. Of course, I’m so excited for you and I really believe you can have your positive birth and beautiful baby!

Can i do this in my 4th month ?
I'm really big and nearing the last month of my third trimester…. some of these were VERY difficult for me to do……
Just to be clear there is no "getting off easy" at 34 (almost 35 weeks) expecting baby #5 lol. But totally worth it!!
Still doing the yoga routine I'm at 20 weeks now wish me luck
can u do this in second trimester or only near the due date? someone pls tell me 🙁
How early can we start doing these exercises? Is 30 wks ok – don’t want to make myself early 😳
I'm 11 weeks and already feeling some sciatica pain so this is great thank you !
I'm having twins and stretching before bed, helps so much!
Helped me deliver my baby, pushed for 11 minutes
What is most important during third trimester? Stretches that open the hips/relax the pelvic floor or exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor (kegels and such).
So helpful … Great stretching 🎉
I’m 24 weeks and the expansion of my baby has been hurting my body these stretches have helped so much with my body aches and stiffness ❤😊
When to do these exercises
Why is this video so hard for me. I had a hard time with stretches like this before pregnancy though. Sumo squat makes my legs fall asleep, can't keep my balance in Lunge and hamstring stretch and downward dog hurts my shoulders
Найкраще тренування в 3 триместрі. Легко, розслаблює спину, я дуже задоволена ❤
Is 24 weeks to early to start this? 🙂
40 weeks today ! I hope I deliver this week and have an easy and positive labor 🩷🙏🏻 thank you for your videos
Helped me deliver an 8.3 lbs baby. By the way I’m just 158cm tall petite woman. 1 hour active labor. Thank you for this helpful video.
Thank you so much for this stretch. I’m 36 weeks and feeling really achy in my hips and back. I want to do your videos everyday but will still working full time and being tired it is hard. Regardless, I do your videos about 3x a week and it feels so so good. ❤
I truly felt so much more energy doing this and im 30 weeks….wish I would of done more stretches and exercise early on but I'm proud I'm starting now. Thanks for the video
love your videos ❤
The release that happened when making a C, looking toward my tailbone… amazing feeling. 38 weeks
That felt so good! I’m 24 weeks and having lots of lower back achiness, but this hit the spot. Thank you!
Feeling emotional after this. Such a good gentle exercise after severe back pain had me on bed rest for a few days. Made me feel encouraged for when labor does come that I can do it. (5th baby)
Love all the positive comments. ❤ I've been following along with these exercise/yoga videos since 18 weeks. They've been so helpful, but today I am exhausted. Due date is tomorrow and all I want to do today is sleep… 😅
