Loved this one so much!!! It felt good and challenging!
great class! My one year old was climbing all over me during it, but it was still very doable. haha Definitely felt a burn!! Trying to be stronger for baby #2 since this first trimester wasn't as bad as the last one. I'm glad to be breaking a sweat safely. thank you
love it
13 weeks here finally coming out of the first trimester nausea and fatigue and this was a great workout to get back into the swing of my normal routine. I’ve been feeling extremely weak lately and this program helped me feel my strength and actually get a great burn going ! Thank you so much
This workout got my baby kicking heaps afterwards 😂
I really enjoyed the session and the interesting positions. I was curious what is the effect of the last 3 exercises on a pregnant body and how did you chose these exercise (the posture when laying on the back). Tnks
Hi Jessica. Do we need to do any stretching after this exercise? Thanks!
Bonjour,
Est-ce normal que vous ne mentionniez jamais la respiration ? Il me semble que c'est primordial pourtant en pilates…
Great class! It would be even better if in the end it had a 4-5 min stretch.
Amazing one!😍
I love your pilates classes!
I love your videos 😍
What in the Gods Name was this workout? 😅
Your videos have been so good! Prenatal and Postpartum! You're the best <3
Hello, 10 weeks pregnant, just did your workout and felt the burn ! Thank you !
I am just about being able to do this looking at my 8 month old baby, not sure how I would be able to do this pregnant 😳. Love your videos!
Love these videos but this one had too many exercises on one side without alternating. Some of us are beginners!
Completed your workout just now & today is my due date! Hoping it may help baby along, lol, but delighted I'm still able to do your workouts! I've been following along since my 2nd trimester and believe they've helped me have such a brilliant pregnancy.. no aches or pains, I still have energy and they're so good for your mindset! 😀
Here I am thinking this would be for beginners…geez.
Love your videos!! Currently 25 weeks pregnant, will continue to exercise with your videos!
It’s being a life saver!! Thank you so much
Love this workout it's very comfortable to do. Thanks!
Your workouts do really make a difference! Thanks a lot!
Super! 🙂
I’ve been following your page and workout videos since week 17, and I’m now week 32 and feeling STRONG! These videos have made being active in this pregnancy fun and accessible- you offer so many different types. Can’t wait for the postpartum videos❤ thank you for all your work!
In trisemester right now and enjoying your workout video from yoga also pilates. Following you since my early pregnancy ❤❤ thank you and keep spread doing positive activity 😍
I am not a newcomer at workouts, before pregnancy I did it 2-3 times a week for 15-20 minutes. I had a pause till 16th week and now resumed my training with you. I have done all 25 minutes though some of the exercises not up to the end because I was out of breath (I needed longer pause before next exercise) or my muscles failed me. But I feel great in the end, refreshed and energized🤗
Is this whole workout safe for pregnancy without following the modifications you show? Especially if trying to avoid diastase recti. Please reply as I really love your workouts!
Amazing workout!! I love the pilates! Gives such strength 😊❤😊
Definitely for leg day!
I'm 20 wks pregnant and it's my first time doing this. I could only follow till 16 mins. With time, I'm sure going to ease into it. Thank you so much.
I am 32 weeks pregnant, and this feels really good. It seems to help some of those muscles that always feel stressed right now.
