  1. great class! My one year old was climbing all over me during it, but it was still very doable. haha Definitely felt a burn!! Trying to be stronger for baby #2 since this first trimester wasn't as bad as the last one. I'm glad to be breaking a sweat safely. thank you

  2. 13 weeks here finally coming out of the first trimester nausea and fatigue and this was a great workout to get back into the swing of my normal routine. I’ve been feeling extremely weak lately and this program helped me feel my strength and actually get a great burn going ! Thank you so much

  3. I really enjoyed the session and the interesting positions. I was curious what is the effect of the last 3 exercises on a pregnant body and how did you chose these exercise (the posture when laying on the back). Tnks

  4. Completed your workout just now & today is my due date! Hoping it may help baby along, lol, but delighted I'm still able to do your workouts! I've been following along since my 2nd trimester and believe they've helped me have such a brilliant pregnancy.. no aches or pains, I still have energy and they're so good for your mindset! 😀

  5. I’ve been following your page and workout videos since week 17, and I’m now week 32 and feeling STRONG! These videos have made being active in this pregnancy fun and accessible- you offer so many different types. Can’t wait for the postpartum videos❤ thank you for all your work!

  6. I am not a newcomer at workouts, before pregnancy I did it 2-3 times a week for 15-20 minutes. I had a pause till 16th week and now resumed my training with you. I have done all 25 minutes though some of the exercises not up to the end because I was out of breath (I needed longer pause before next exercise) or my muscles failed me. But I feel great in the end, refreshed and energized🤗
