Today we are doing pregnancy exercises and stretches to prepare for an easy delivery and shorter labor. Research shows that mothers who do exercises (similar to these) at least 3 times a week have a shorter labor and delivery time. We also do exercises and stretches to help get baby into the optimal fetal position and help your body feel great! Start this as early as your first trimester and continue through third trimester! (Safe for 1st trimester, 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester). I hope your body feels good and you are feeling prepared for your upcoming birth!

  1. To anyone who is finding this workout a challenge, don't give up. I am 25 weeks pregnant at the moment and really struggled the first time I tried this workout (I'm a runner and regular gym goer prior to getting pregnant). Today I reduced the playback speed down to 90% so I could do the exercises a little more slowly, took breaks in the middle of sets and reduced the difficulty of the bear hold by simply hugging the baby instead and now I feel great for having done it. 😊

  2. Hello, I've been following your videos since early pregnancy, I'm 40 weeks today! Hoping my baby comes soon! I feel calmer knowing I've prepped my body, thank you for sharing your knowledge and workouts and being a source of calm positivity Jessica! ❤️

  3. I’ve been regularly doing a variety of Jessica’s videos since the beginning of the second trimester. In the third trimester, I did this video 3 times a week along with a couple other videos. My body was very well prepared and strong. I had a very quick delivery with only about 15 minutes of real pain at the tail end of only 2 hours of not so painful contractions. Great videos Jessica!

  4. Hi! Currently a day before my 35th week (1st pregnancy) at 28 years old, I'm excited to follow this video for some of the routines for shorter labor. I will be following this exercise for 3x a week starting today hopefully shortening my labor when the time comes. 😅😊

  5. I had my first baby unmedicated in 5.5 hours from start to finish!! I did your workouts about 2-3 times a week until the last few weeks where I just would walk and do light movements. This workout video was my favorite and I’m so glad I did it!! 🎉🎉

  6. This is my first pregnancy. I have had swollen feet starting 9th month. been doing this work out 2-3 times a week has helped me alot. I’m 39 weeks now, few days to go until my due date, hoping for a smooth delivery.

  7. I'm 28 weeks with my second little boy and finally got cleared for exercise due to a low lying placenta moving up. It feels good to exercise again! I did many of your workouts sporadically in my first pregnancy. Unfortunately, my first son did not have a heartbeat the night we went in to be induced due to complications i.e. high blood pressure. But despite the horrible trauma of that, the midwives were amazed that he was born in only three pushes, and I didn't tear at all, and his actual birth was peaceful. I'm grateful for that memory with him, as I know many people who did not get that with their loss. Hoping his little brother gets to come home with us this time, and we also have a gentle birthing experience.
