In this practice we will learn 3 breathing exercises which are great for pregnancy:
1. Deep Abdominal Breathing
2. Nadi Shodhan Pranayama or Alternate Nostril Breathing
3. Bhramari Pranayama or Humming Bee Breath

    Let me mention here as a 500hour Yoga teacher and a mother. BHRAMHARI PRANAYAMA MUST NOT BE PRACTICED BY PREGNANT WOMEN!! So please give a statutory warning before your video that it should not be practiced by women who have conceived and kindly edit your video caption immediately. What you are teaching can be contradictory and harmful to someone who doesn't know this!!
