Hi Mamas!
Today we will be doing a short pranayama & deep breathing exercises for pregnancy. You can safely do these in all trimesters.

These exercises help in improving blood circulation and oxygenation to the uterus and baby which in terns promotes healthy growth of the baby.

We will start with some warmup stretches so you are able to sit better. Once you are ready, let’s hop onto the mat and get going!

    Let me mention here as a 500hour Yoga teacher and a mother. BHRAMHARI PRANAYAMA MUST NOT BE PRACTICED BY PREGNANT WOMEN!! So please give a statutory warning before your video that it should not be practiced by women who have conceived and kindly edit your video caption immediately. What you are teaching can be contradictory and harmful to someone who doesn't know this!!

  2. Thank you so much for posting such wonderful content! I am in week 16 right now and struggled with nausea in the first trimester, it's finally getting better now. I feel so revitalized, cleansed and calm after doing this practise. I also think it would be wonderful to have a video that has it all : pranayama, stretching, yoga,… looking forward to more videos!   3. Omg, im feeling so good after doing it.. I have been practicing all your pranayam practices since long like for more than 2 years… right now i'm in the end of my 1st trimester and entering into the 2nd one and i think it was a much needed one. This will be good for all trimesters… And just a thought, can u make a video that covers little bit of streching, pranayam and meditation may be of some 30min or so… it will work wonders for pregnant women as they will stick to atleast that video on a daily basis..
