  1. Thank you Bharati. I followed you through out the pregnancy and did the breathing exercises which helped me a lottttt at the time of delivery. When doctor asked me to hold my breath it was so so helpful. Now I am blessed with a baby boy by normal vaginal delivery ❤

  2. It’s too fast you are not even allowing to inhale fully that immediately you tell exhale. Please slow down, breathing exercises should be done slowly. I missed all the exercises due to your commands being so fast
