  1. 153 days of daily yoga. This is the longest Ive stuck to any healthy regime. Thank you my beautiful teacher, friend, angel 💕 btw I hurt my right shoulders, back from that 1 arm tapping plank move from last weeks yoga for sensitive knees. Today, its healed and I actually felt really strong doing it ^_^ just 1 of the numerous improvements I got from YWA

  3. Stopped at 12:10. I cannot go forward but I really loved it so far. The side planks stopped me hahahah. I am stopping due to it being challenging but also due to being short on time. Thanks a ton!!!!

  6. I've been doing these every day for a yr and a month now! Love it, but wish you could hear my brain, you would laugh,…first of all, I usually do this every morning, but an opportunity came up this a.m. to have coffee with an ole friend, then daughter, then helped my 95 yr old mom (she still lives by herself, I'm blessed); okay, back to this little brain point….when you said, plank, then touch opposite shoulder, now switch, then you said, try to keep your hips from moving,…as I'm shifting them back and forth and my brain loudly said, "What ?" 🙂 LOL

  7. Back to this video and back to wondering when and where my wrist strength will finally kick in! It’s never on side planks, I can tell you that! This has been a firm fave butt kicker for five years 😂

  8. Build, April 3, 2024. Don't know about anyone else, but this one had me sweating. Not too shabby. Wasn't perfect, but I gave it a very good go. I know I'll appreciate it after a cool down. Happy to show up for today's practice. 💙
