  1. I just had my baby boy on the 30th of August due to reasons of mine and my husbands we had to place him with an amzing adoptive family he is beautiful and he stole my heart and i cannot believe i am saying this but i truly miss carrying him with me but anyways this yoga although i did cry still helped me so much as did the 22 min postnatal yoga for anxiety, tension & ppd video thank you for making these videos i really needed them and will continue usuing you and all of your playlists thank you Sarah!!

  2. Thank you ! After my cesarean like you always do motivated and encouraged me to start Yoga. I have managed to do my first day of a yoga and today my second – I feel exquisite, liberated and a little more confident everyday.

  3. This felt so good and is exactly what I needed. Thank you SaraBeth! I was always drawn to your videos whenever I search for short, feel-good yoga videos since I was pregnant. I didn't even know they both belonged to you! Thanks so much!

  4. This really works mentally and physically. I had leg pain and should pain after birth and this practice made the pain much less. Also got my sanity back after feeling down after spending my energy in entertaining my baby and pushing my middle school son during the shelter in place period. Thank you!

  5. I absolutely love this practice! I’m now 7 1/2 months p.p and have been using your postnatal practices since I was 7 weeks p.p. I always find myself coming back to this one specially for a good stretch, the twist is my favorite.
Also, I thought I would share with any breastfeeding mama’s, if it hurts to be on your chest or your breasts are full make sure to feed or pump before this or any practice. I promise it makes a huge difference.❤️❤️

  6. Hello Sarah, I have been trying all your postpartum yoga.. I am post 9 weeks from delivery. I just have this slight pain at the lower abdomen when I do certain poses. Would you say I should ignore and breathe the pain, or should I not do those poses?

  7. I can’t get my day started without this video! I had my baby a year ago and still have much tension causing stress in my shoulders & pelvis and can kick myself For not finding this sooner! I absolutely love it! Thank you!

  8. 2 months postpartum from my first child, and I am finally getting back to it. Thank you Sarah Beth for this routine, I actually cried while doing it. Will keep it up as I get used to new motherhood and how insane my life is now!

  9. Dear Sarah, thank you SO much for this video! My son is now 10 weeks old and this was my first practice since giving birth. I had an unplanned sectio and am struggeling with the effects it had on my body. It felt very emotional to just breath and feel the body and the tension. Sending sunlight and all the best!

  10. I had a hysterectomy recently and my doctor said I could ease back into Yoga. When I told him that you had a Postnatal playlist he said that was the way to go! Thank you for this relaxing video and routine! I'm so glad to be back in to my practice again!

  11. I really like your videos. I'm a new yoga teacher but finished my training at 7 months pregnant. I utilized your sequences to assist in figuring out what poses were best for this time in my life. I'm now a month postpartum and just getting back to the mat. I do have to say that my breastfeeding chest doesn't enjoy the first part of this video, but love the focus on the breath and re-routing the mind.

  12. Hi Sarah Beth , thank you for your videos ! I am 6 months post partum and have started doing your post natal yoga routines since a week and have been really feeling good . I have subscribed to your app and would like to know how long should I follow the post natal yoga routine and when would it be safe to try out the next program that is the tone program as suggested in your app ? Thanks !

  13. Thank you so much for this video. I found your channel about a month ago after I found out we were pregnant again. After going through two previous miscarriages I was happy to find something that eased my mind and helped me relax my worries away. Sadly, miscarriage number three hit us over the weekend.
This video (though my body never became very pregnant) was great for me. I cried, I felt the feels I needed, but I was able to relax again. Thank you for your videos.

  14. Thank you so much for this video! I’m six weeks postpartum and have been so so stressed and my body has been aching so bad. I have always been an athlete and the changes to my body throughout pregnancy/postpartum have been hard to accept. This practice was exactly what I needed… it almost made me cry! I’m excited to try your other videos as I work to regain my strength.

  15. Sadly no good for breastfeeding mothers, SO uncomfortable lying on boobs, so tummy down positions no good for me 🙁 So sad as need desperately to unwind and dea with tension and stress, with baby number 4!
