  1. This exercise is terrific! I’ve been doing it for about two weeks now and are seeing great results. And, have taken her advice in eating a more healthy diet and limiting my sweets. But the more I eat healthy foods the less I crave the sugar.

  2. Question: Do the legs have to be kept straight during all excercises? Because if so I need to sit on the tip of my chair. Is that correct? It is a bit difficult to see in the video. Would like to give it a go. Greetings, menopausal woman 54yr with ofcourse a little more bellyfat than desired😊

  4. One thing that made me constantly superbig , was that I ate dairy with lactose, I didnt know I was lactoseintolerant until my doctor suggested a test. Now when I eat jogurt without lactose and I makemy own milkfree bread, its a huuuuge difference : I can have a flat tummy! 😊
