MY MORNING PREGNANCY YOGA ROUTINE | PRENATAL MORNING YOGA | Pregnancy Yoga.

Hi my lovelies and welcome to another video with me, Laurie, from LEMon Yoga. I’m so happy you’re here! today i’m taking you through my morning prenatal yoga routine. I perfected this during my second pregnancy and it really helped me to get rid of the morning stiffness so i really hope it works for you too.   1. 36 and I've had really bad back pain since 32 weeks. Have a lot of difficulty with walking and stairs. These practices in morning and evening make it so I can at least get through my day.
