  1. I absolutely adore this sequence, its so good for my back pain, but I find that the lovely instructor talks too much 😬
    I relate to everything she says, It just feels more like a sermon than a yoga lesson. I still watch it cuz its so good, but muted.

  2. This was amazing and very advanced. Exactly what I was looking for. I was running out of ideas for my back! I have carpel tunnel so it’s hard to do a lot of floor moves. Any recommendations on seated and standing yoga for mid back pain? Thank you!!

  5. I just discovered you! I have scoliosis and degenerative disc disease and always have chronic pain 24/7 365! This was one of the best stretches I've ever done. Thank you! And for explaining we need to not push and let our bodies guide our movement. Super encouraging!
