Loved this flow. I did get confused at 19:49 because I was struggling to get the pose, then after doing the other side I realized Echo accidentally said the wrong arm. Easy fix though! 😀

I just discovered you! I have scoliosis and degenerative disc disease and always have chronic pain 24/7 365! This was one of the best stretches I've ever done. Thank you! And for explaining we need to not push and let our bodies guide our movement. Super encouraging!
