  1. 15 weeks! Never dod a lot of yoga before but I am loving your pregnancy lessons and how you incorporate the connection to the baby, feels like we're doing it together! Thank you!

  2. You by far have been my favorite prenatal yoga instructor!

    I am currently 11 weeks into my second pregnancy, and with a little one running around, I unfortunately don’t have time for hour long sessions. But your prenatal flows are perfect length and I always, always feel energized and stretched afterward.
