  1. Really bad! During 15 minutes of yoga (in which one is supposed to relax) 3 times the commercials started…started in the middle of the exercises! I have no words, very bad experience 🙁

  2. This is my first time here and loved these stretches. I have L-4/L-5/S1 disc issues. Can I do these too? They make me feel alive after so many months of not moving for the fear of hurting myself. Thanks and hope you can answer!

  3. This video is great!! And I know creators need to make their money but THREE commercial break in the middle of a stretch is awful. I'm in the middle having my leg up in the air, on the floor, and 2 minutes of commercials intervenes. 😩
