This 15 minute yoga flow for sciatica led by Paige Galster (www.yogabypaige.com) is designed to soothe the sciatic nerve, ease back pain, and release areas of tension in the spine, hip, and leg.
The sciatic nerve is your body’s longest nerve and one of the most important ones. It has a direct effect on your ability to control and feel your legs. When this nerve is irritated, you’ll experience sciatica. Sciatica is a sensation that can manifest itself as a moderate to severe pain in your back, buttocks, and legs. You may also feel weakness or numbness in these areas.

I found this by chance this morning, did the stretches for my sciatica that has really been giving me a fit, and after the stretches, the pain was gone! Thank you so much!
This was great going for acupuncture swear it made it worse this I saw
Looking up thank you
Really bad! During 15 minutes of yoga (in which one is supposed to relax) 3 times the commercials started…started in the middle of the exercises! I have no words, very bad experience 🙁
Great practice for my lower back discomfort. Thanks
The ads on this video are so disruptive that I couldn’t finish one pose without interruption. Ridiculous and not worth trying to do the exercises
I've done hundreds of yoga classes on Youtube. This is the first with commercials during the actual class. Twice! Totally jarring and unacceptable. I hope it's an oversight.
Thank you
I am suffering past 6 months. i played soccer and need to take a sprint immediately. i got my butt and my tight cramped, struggling to run now. i should go to this exercise.
Thank you
This is my first time here and loved these stretches. I have L-4/L-5/S1 disc issues. Can I do these too? They make me feel alive after so many months of not moving for the fear of hurting myself. Thanks and hope you can answer!
Love this flow; however, the amount of commercials YouTube has added to this 15 minute video is unbelievable.
This video is great!! And I know creators need to make their money but THREE commercial break in the middle of a stretch is awful. I'm in the middle having my leg up in the air, on the floor, and 2 minutes of commercials intervenes. 😩
You have no idea how much this video helped me. I had a car accident 2 months ago and this sciatica pain never goes away. It’s the first time I follow your video and it helped 🥹 thank you, thank you! Will continue doing it.
Page is excellent and I have used this workout for stretching. I absolutely hate the commercials inserted into the flow. It is so aggravating.
Boy, YouTube has really ruined my morning routine by sticking all these advertisements in the class.😥
Hello Paige. I could not sleep well last night because of sciatica. I cannot believe that after 15 minutes of your yoga stretches I am on my feet in the kitchen preparing breakfast without back pain or tingling in my thighs and legs. Thank you so much. God bless you.🙏🙏
This is got to be the clever most way to disguise a foot fetish video. Lol. Look at 1:36
I’ve been doing this 15 min session for 4 days now. It is really helping with my injury I sustained last week. 💚💚
Is it helpful or safe to add ankle weights to this exercise? I've been doing this routine for a month now and feel like I've plateaued. Would adding weights help?
Thank you so much 💓
Super nice, really helpful, your voice is perfect so clear with supergood instructions – Thanks 🙂
