  1. i love the imagery of tearing the yoga mat apart. really made me understand what to do.
    question: what should i do if i start feeling like im damaging my knees or my back?

  2. Haven’t had the energy to be physically active through the dreary winter season but I finally pushed myself to do a little something and chose this. It was just what I needed and I feel SO good. A quick little stretch and getting the blood pumping always does wonders and I hope that I can keep this up more consistently now that it’s spring

  4. Oh boy every day is a new day. This was so hard in those goddesses poses. I had been doing flooring installation this weekend and my thighs were already dead.
    Just shows where I need to focus.

Explore day 18🎉 thank you, Adriene, what a way to end the day, like my previous comments my legs will be feeling this practice tomorrow 😂, I had also forgotten how hard this one is, but feel like I've improved since I last did it 10 months ago, even though my legs still feel like jelly😅. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

  7. This practice was a beautiful way to center myself for my day ahead. We are moving and have a lot of moving pieces to juggle right now. When Adriene said let's see how fast you can surrender into the mat, I felt a wave of gratitude and peace wash over me. (My eyes may have shed some tears of release too).   9. Used to practice daily with Adriene during lockdown. Stopped when I was able to attend yoga classes in person at a nearby studio. Fast forward to today, severe knee issues and low back starting to act up. Thank you, Adriene from the bottom of my heart for being here. It is like revisiting an trusted, caring friend. ❤ Namaste.
