Can İ train lower body and upper body yoga on the same day?
Haven’t had the energy to be physically active through the dreary winter season but I finally pushed myself to do a little something and chose this. It was just what I needed and I feel SO good. A quick little stretch and getting the blood pumping always does wonders and I hope that I can keep this up more consistently now that it’s spring

Oh boy every day is a new day. This was so hard in those goddesses poses. I had been doing flooring installation this weekend and my thighs were already dead.
Just shows where I need to focus.

This practice was a beautiful way to center myself for my day ahead. We are moving and have a lot of moving pieces to juggle right now. When Adriene said let's see how fast you can surrender into the mat, I felt a wave of gratitude and peace wash over me. (My eyes may have shed some tears of release too). Used to practice daily with Adriene during lockdown. Stopped when I was able to attend yoga classes in person at a nearby studio.
